Erik Osmundsen, chairman

Erik Osmundsen was elected as Chairman of the Board on May 3, 2006. He is the Managing Partner of Creo Advisors AS, an advisory firm focusing on corporate finance services and strategic consulting. Before this, Erik was an Investment Director at Kistefos, and he also has worked as Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Co. Erik has served as Board Member in several companies, including Kelkoo (Vice Chairman), Avenir, Photonyx and Zoomit (Chairman). Erik holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Business (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Cecilie Amdahl, board member

Cecilie Amdahl was elected to the Board in April 2011. She is a lawyer and partner at the law firm Schjødt where she has been employed since 1993. Her areas of practice include corporate, M&A and tax. She is professional responsible for direct taxes and head of the tax department in Schjødt. Cecilie Amdahl serves as board member in several other Norwegian companies. She holds a Cand. Jur. degree from 1989.

Liv Bergtorsdottir, board member

Liv Bergtorsdottir was elected to the Board of Telio Holding ASA in April 2010. She is CEO of Nova, an Icelandic 3G operator having experienced a great success since its launch in December 2007. The company has gained a market share of around 20% in the Icelandic mobile market. Nova was selected the Marketing Company of the Year 2009 by the Icelandic Marketing Association. Previously, Liv Bergtorsdottir was General Manager of SKO, a low cost mobile virtual network operator during 2005-2006. She has been Sales & Marketing Director of Vodafone Iceland and Marketing Director of TAL, the first private mobile operator in Iceland. TAL was selected the Marketing Company of the Year 1999 by the Icelandic Marketing Association. Liv Bergtorsdottir has a Cand.oecon degree from the University of Iceland in 1994.

Aril Resen, board member

Aril Resen, board member Aril Resen is a co-founder of Telio. He has been on the board of directors since the inception in 2003. Resen's background is as an entrepreneur and angel investor in several technology companies. He holds an MBA (SFSU San Francisco) 1990. He has previously worked at the San Francisco Stock Exchange, derivatives floor and as a stockbroker for Alfred Berg Norge AS.

Odd Johnny Winge, board member

Odd Johnny Winge was elected to the board of directors of Telio Holding ASA in April 2010. He is Executive Vice President of Products at Tandberg ASA with responsibility for product strategy, product development and pricing. He previously headed sales and operations for Tandberg's EMEA theatre and prior to that he managed sales, marketing and technical support in UK/Ireland, Nordics and Emerging Markets and was Regional Director for Central Europe. Prior to joining Tandberg, Odd Johnny Winge was with McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he was a Leadership Group member in the Telecom Practice and worked in a range of industries with business development, improvement programs and mergers and acquisitions. He graduated with a degree in Business and Economics, with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting, from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
