(Oslo, 11.01.2006) Telio - Arild Nilsen resigns as CEO of Telio Holding ASA. Alan Duric, CTO and Founder, to assume role of interim CEO.

Arild Nilsen has today informed the Board of Directors of Telio that he will resign from his position as CEO, effective immediately. Alan Duric, Telio`s Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, will assume the role of interim CEO while the Company searches for a successor. `Telio is a great success with a strong business model and has, in a short time, established a leadership position within broadband telephony. I would have enjoyed playing a role in Telio`s continued success, but with disparate perspectives on the division of roles between the Board and management, I feel that it is for the best for all parties that I resign,` says Nilsen. Nilsen, the CEO since August 2005, will remain available for counseling the Board and the Company`s management for a limited period of time. `Nilsen has done an excellent job for Telio and we regret that he has chosen to resign,` says Erik Osmundsen, Chairman of the Board.
